Hello,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for your services. I love the
eyeglasses that I purchased from your company; they are the perfect/correct
prescription, shipped perfectly and very fast. When I first was looking to
buy, this company was the only one that had my designer eyeglasses at a
reasonable price, so I called. I was impressed that the toll free number
went directly to a person and not a random person, but the owner himself. I
was skeptical about purchasing from an online store I had never heard of and
that didn't have any online customer reviews. When I asked the owner to tell
me why I should purchase from him and why they didn't have any reviews thus
far, he stated that to be honest, they were a new company to the internet.
They were also a family owned and operated company that seemingly had happy
local customers. I was convinced because he sounded honest, up front and
willing to work with me to make sure he had what I was looking for in stock.
I am glad I took a chance and I will be pasting my experience to all of the
customer review websites. I am recommending this company to anyone I know
that is looking to purchase new eye wear and will continue to purchase in
the future.
